Take Control of Your Health
At North Coast Natural Health, some individuals who have “tried everything” have come to us, and we have often successfully treated a condition by helping individuals discover that the most powerful healing was already within them. Pills prescribed for chronic conditions often cause unpleasant and unwanted side effects. Invasive procedures can be costly, especially when one factors in recovery and rehabilitation expenses. Our expertise is ideal for the individual interested in understanding their body’s wisdom and willing to make the best lifestyle choices and practices to maintain vitality and longevity, naturally. Helping individuals maintain good health instead of merely remedying disease is our goal.
Alternative Care Difference
It starts with a conversation. We ask a lot of questions which help us – and the patient – identify conditions that create discomfort. We take the time to understand, analyze and develop a plan a patient can understand and follow. We follow up and make adjustments, as necessary, until a patient becomes accustomed to noticing what the body is communicating from season to season, year to year.
Continuity of Care
To maintain a car’s engine, it gets an oil change every 3,000 miles and an occasional tune up. So it is with the body. A regular maintenance schedule of 1-2 checkups a year is recommended for generally healthy individuals. Those with chronic conditions may want to check in 3 or more times annually.
